Application status

Enter your application reference number/Bond Loan or Rental Grant number and date of birth to check the current status of your Bond Loan or Rental Grant application.
Note:

  • The Application Reference Number provided by the department will be either of these formats:
    1. BLW followed by at least 4 digits, for example BLW1234, BLW9999, etc.
    2. A 6 (or more) digit code without any other character, for example 123456, 9876543, etc.
  • The Bond Loan number provided by the Department will be at least 6 digits without any other character; for example: 106500010.
  • The Rental Grant number provided by the Department will be 8 digits without any characters; for example: 48064000.
